Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
I am very happy with the service, shop is clean, waiting area is clean and office looks nice.

I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I have never found a more honest and thorough mechanic who frankly under charges compared to every other auto shop I have used. I feel so fortunate to know about his services. Best mechanic in the city! Only place we'll take our cars. Replaced our brakes that started to squeak a few days later. This team replaced it, for free, and were quick about it. Very thankful a friend of mine introduced me to to Tony who owns and operates this shop. This place is top notch nothing but A1 work coming out of here. EXTREMELY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. Excellent work at an excellant price. I have a Volvo and to have it repaired or serviced by a Volvo dealer is crazy expensive. Bannon has the reputation as being the best expert on electrical issues around. He even found a used electrical part for my Volvo in order to save me hundred of dollars. That was just my first visit. i have never taken the car anywhere else since.

Best in Scarborough. Said came recommended from my good friend who is qualified as a mechanic, but drove 30 wheel tanker trucks for a decade. I wasn’t unhappy with my regular guys, but I am so happy I switched. I am a stone mason by trade, running a masonry and landscape construction company. Also, my wife is Chinese. Needless to say, there are hard miles on our trucks and trailers, and there are ‘incidents’ with our cars, particularly in winter. I’ll be staying with Flame forever.
