I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !
