Fantastic European (VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes) automotive mechanic shop! Very knowledgeable mechanics. They will explain the work thoroughly so you understand your options or what work absolutely has to get done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else nor do I trust anyone else with my car…other mechanic shops in Brampton claimed to have fixed problems on my car prior but neither places ever fixed my issues. Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed!
