I have dealt with Doug for many years & have bought my last 3 used cars off him. I am going to hopefully be buying car #4 off him too. The reason I have bought so many cars from him is because I only spend $1500.00 so obviously they are cars that have their issues after years. He is fair with trade ins & price.

a few years back I had a 2000 ranger exhaust repaired at the Fairway location and for 40$ never had an issue again , today I had my 2002 Ranger repaired including a new muffler , not only was the price great but the treatment & speed at was exceptional . Nowadays' many shops take advantage of customers to get rich on each,but you and your team have won me over for life thru simply being open,honest & fair...repeat customers appears to me to be your desire , and you have that from me !!!

We were so happy to come across Matt and his fine group of trustworthy guys here! Isn't that always the best word you want to hear from someone speaking about their auto technicians?.... Trustworthy! Matt and his crew have been our mechanics for a couple of years now and we can't say enough good things about all of them! I love that I can go in to my mechanics's shop and without a hesitation know that what they say needs to be done, does, and nothing more is added to make a few bucks.

Over the past two years I have been plagued with an ongoing water leak on my 2002 Chevrolet Corvette. My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.
