I have never dined in at Neighbours as I have only gotten take out from them. for the food, portions are large, food is decent, I can't speak for the service as they are always friendly on the phone when I order.

THE BEST pizza and greek food..My friends and family refuse to go anywhere else, always good, always reliable and with fair prices. Amazing chicken souvlaki and somehow the best tzatziki known to man kind. The owners are incredibly friendly, hard working, and warm hearted. Whenever someone asks where to go for anything from pizza and souvlaki to ravioli and lasagna, I let them know this should be their first choice.

By far the BEST pizza in town. They use very high quality ingredients and they make everything from scratch. They even make the dough for the pizzas fresh every day. They also have the most options for toppings that Ive seen too.
I have searched everywhere and tried pizza from many different places and none of them can even compare. You will NOT find a better place. Their prices cannot be beat. They have multiple specials on a variety of different types of pizza, along with lasagnas.

Generous portions, reasonable prices and very friendly, fast service. Speaking of food: grilled cheese for starters was excellent, as were also our main courses, chicken souvlaki, roast lamb, and calamari dinner. However, my veal schnitzel was very average at most. I particularly did not like the tomato sauce on the top of it and kind of dried, thin texture. I will stick to souvlaki next time around.
Overall I highly recommend this restaurant.

Maria's is a Kitsilano institution. The atmosphere is everything you would expect a Greek restaurant to offer complete with pictures of Greek scenery adorning the walls. The food is really good and even my wife who is not the biggest fan of Greek food loves the food at Maria's. I usually have what I had on our most recent visit...one of the souvlaki dinners. Our most recent trip I had chicken souvlaki and the chicken was perfectly tender and the potatoes and rice were great too. Next time you have a hankering for Greek food visit Maria's Taverna on 4th!

This is the best Greek I had in the Tricities. I decided to go for the Lasagna with meatballs. Had to have been the best bake Lasagna I ever tried. All ingredients are homemade. The sauce tasted like heaven! Super filling meal with a large greek salad for a very reasonable price. Enough to feed an adult and two children. Friendly staff and world-class service. Would recommend this place to everybody!

This place makes the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfect, just a little crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Plenty of toppings and always fresh. The service is friendly and fast. The price is a bit high but it's worth it!

I eat their Chicken Souvlaki and Lasagna all the time and love it. Their meat sauce is always fresh and consistent. Of all the Greek food I've eaten, Royal Oak has by far the best in all of Surrey. You will definitely get your money's worth.
