Spectacular service - I believe her name was Sarah -She was all over everything for us that night (November 2011) Despite the number of tables she had that night, she gave top notch service and all of us left a lot happier (after 2 bottles of wine of course). We arrived a little late for without reservations, but the restaurant had a table and seated us immediately (was a full house). My dinner companion ordered a glass of wine (sauvignon blanc) which was delivered promptly. I had Shiraz. We ordered the salade. The salad was crisp, fresh with crunch toasted walnuts, sweet roasted beets, and tangy raspberry viniagrette. The prawns were fabulous, seared tender and sweet, prepared with lemon butter, tomatoes and capers. Our entrees were the New York steak and she ahd salmon. Both were very good, prepared just right with a light charred crust. Did not stay for dessert, as we were out of time and had other commitments (hotel reservation) and a curfew. Our server was attentive, without being intrusive, and very helpful with explaining the menu choices. Unfortunately, he was a he. Room was dark, clean, lots of wood tones... room is a little packed, but acceptable because the darkness assured privacy. Lire plus

Is it possible to be better than perfect? If it is than Little Billys Steakhouse fits that category!!! This air conditioned five star family run restaurant with a warm atmosphere in Burnaby serves the very best dishes at reasonable pricing. The serving staff is wonderful, the chef and his crew are top notch. My only wish is that they never retire and close down this business because being the best restaurant in the Lower Mainland does take a lot of effort and discipline. Lire plus
