My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. Brian and Terry gave us outstanding service, we don't know what we would have done without them! Just before the ice storm our septic was plugged. They came to the rescue within an hour and a half and pumped our septic tank. It was still plugged internally but Terry spent two full days through ice, sleet and rain to determine the root cause. The second day, the roads
were extremely unsafe but with his perseverance and determination he arrived to finish the job.

Brent did an absolutely amazing job when he was out to pump our tanks out. Brent gave me an education on our septic that will help keep our septic in tip top form for years to come. Brent takes time to go over everything with you and make sure you are happy with the job. At the end of the service he even took the time to wash our hose off that he used while pumping. This is our second time using Brent and we will keep on using him for years to come. Excellent service.

They provided exceptional service, and definitely, have the expertise to handle Septic Repair. I had an issue with my septic system up in Collingwood. They came up to my place and quickly identified the problem with my tank, and within hours had fixed it. I have not had any issues since.
