Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I will only ever rent event/party supplies from Gervais. I rented some supplies for a photo shoot I was doing. They were very professional and very affordable. The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal emergency in their parking lot. A crew of men ran out with tools and gadgets and with calm reassuring demeanor they resolved what could have potentially been a very expensive and dangerous situation. Over all I have nothing but great things to say about Gervais.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Hello,
Just wanted to write a review for the great service I recevied from Dina Party Rental this past weekend. I had my Bridal Shower and needed to rent tables and chairs. After calling a well known rental company I realized that they were unwilling to drop off and pick up the same day unless I would pay 3 times more for delivery. However Dina Party Rental not only had the same items for a better price then the competitor but dropped off and picked up the same day for a delivery fee. Dinesh who I placed the order with was really informative and helpful and sent me the invoice right away and gave his suggestions when I asked.
They called to confirm the order and even took a last minute order for a table and table cover. The delivery person was so fast, on time and when he came to pick up the tables and chairs I really didn't even notice.
Thank you for such great service! Definitely will be using again.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

Good size store, many items not available at the store closest to us. Very helpful & friendly staff both in the store and on the phone. Store laid out well, not crowded.

Like that they warranty parts and labour, can shop while vehicle is being serviced and have courtesy rides and vehicles for use while yours is being serviced

I live about 2 Kms from Canadian Tire Ajax but prefer dealing with Whitby Canadian Tire.
The staffs are competent and polite, they will go the extra mile to help customers. Well trained team!
