Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. Being sure is the best policy. A huge thank you for reliable advice & professional service.

Prices were more than fair and the mechanic was honest about pricing and warranties. Very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly. I waited in the reception area while it was being repaired and was frequently updated on what was going on with my car. HIGHLY recommend for women drivers who are wary of Mechanic shops because this guy EXPLAINS the issues and uses new parts with Warranty. No used parts. A great experience.

I had a tear in one of my pipes. The dealerships told me I had to replace the whole system but with a bit of research online, I found this place. Alan (the mechanic) helped me patch up just the damaged area for less than $100. He showed me the work, and the tear was gone as if it was never there. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with exhaust issues.
