My fiancé and I were in there tonight for our fourth year anniversary. Everyone made us feel welcome and special. The service from everyone was really nice. The food was absolutely delicious. I tried out several local places (several times each), but I always ended up with a look that I didn’t like, many many professional haircuts that were sometimes embarrassing. Finally gave mark a chance and not only did I find the haircut/style I liked, but I was proud to say I received the best haircut I had ever had. He always trims my beard and hair better than I have ever received elsewhere. I stay with mark because he’s proven himself with my high standards, over and over again.

From Start to Finish I received better then BEST SERVICE - from help in selection to installation, everything went like clockwork. Installer was right on time, completed early and installed floor as tho he was installing in his own home. Clean up was just as good. Thank you Brendan for all the help and GREAT SERVICE. If you want good product and Service, Kelowna End of the Role is where you should go!

Keil at the Enterprise location in Kelowna gave incredible customer service. Although he was in the paint section he totally up sold us in the plant section with his knowledge and love of plants. He is an incredible person and my friends and I will be back because of him!! Also we would love to see him in the plant section more.. hint hint.. :D
