Last night our hot water tank went out! I called Complete around 9:15 Saturday morning and they were at our home 20 minutes later.It doesnt get any better than that.They quickly diagnosed the problem.It was a switch that had been tripped.I wasnt even charged.This was the second time we have used them,and I would highly recommend them!

My mother and I hired total service plumbing to find a water leak. I was so happy that all it was, was the need of a cartridge repplacment. It could have gone a whole different way.

I am very pleased with the quality of work and equipments. Quick instilation, efficient, polite, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They didn't leave before I understand every thing about the furnace and aircondition and how to set the thermostat. The price was very competitive and reasonable. Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.
