Can not say enough good things about VIP Autocare.
I had to repaint 50% of my vehicle and had some rust spots to get ahead of as well and wanted to get this all done at once and picked up my car today and it looks brand new! VIP came highly recommended by my mechanic and I am so happy I brought my car here!
Some rust was accumulating on my rear lights on my hatch back and also had some damage on my bumper and a scrape that ran the length of one side of my car that I really wanted repaired.

Excellent Service , He make priority based repair. I called to fix my air pressure on tire. He fixed it withing 10 minutes after I drove my car to his garage. I didnt have to wait in line for hours and hours. I always take my vehicle to his garage for last 15 years.

Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.

My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.

Adria Auto was able to repair my vehicle after having being denied by other mechanics. They were able to repair an electrical problem on an 18 yr old Honda Accord. Très satisfaite du service reçu chez Bob Landry Collision à Hull, adresse de quartier que je recommande fortement. Du vrai travail d'artiste sur le pare-choc de ma voiture. I just wanted to give a shout out to Brady on this.. been going to Rooneys for years... Brady was for a long time Daves right hand and I have used him and appears he is keeping that spirit alive.. its a small shop so timewise its slower...but staffwise they are amazing! The reason i trust them is you go to a dealer, 3 dollar thermostat is under warrent, then come up with 500 dollars of rando stuff.. they dont do that there.. if you need a good honest machenic to trust brady is your man

iI have brought my two diesel VWs to Ian since the mid-2000s. He has done major servicing on the newer one, including change the timing belt, change out the front springs for taller ones, and install a 1 inch lift for the rears. When I found a donor parts car for my original VW, we struck a deal for him to swap parts off the running car for better ones off the dead one. Then he bought it for more parts for his race car. No complaints whatsoever!!
