I had work done by Gus yesterday (December 7th). Every time I see Gus at Queenston Tire and Rim on Centennial I am favorably impressed by his attention to detail, his professionalism and his willingness to help people out when they are in need. Many tire businesses treat customers as a necessary evil. I always feel that Gus treats me as a person and tries to provide the help that is required. I am also impressed with the staff who work there. Great senses of humour and very efficient.

Ya sometimes they seem a little snotty but, they aren't a 5-star restaurant, and I am sure they deal with a lot of ungrateful people every day. Me I have had (ALL things considered) great helpful service with competitive pricing.

Great prices. For labour and for tires. Really nice guy. Hes not in this to make a killing hes doing this to make a living. I would go back. I usually go to Gilberts but when i called Kamaldeep for a quote he beat gilberts buy 45$.... you tell me where youd go. Small shop but i will def be back

Thank you Satellite tire for all your help today with my tires. The staff today went above and beyond with helping me get new tires for my truck. Pricing was great for my budget and service was excellent. from first call to tires on truck about 4 hours. Amazing. Couldn't be happier

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Was told by one "wheel specialist" in Hamilton my bent rim was not repairable. Brought the rim to Tirehaus where Ziggy told me "no problem". The rim is now perfect at a fraction of the cost for a new one.
