I shop at here often and find that the staff are really helpful and it is easy to find what I need. Have been really helpful in finding quality parts to do my sump pump repair and my bathroom renovation. Plus the food truck outside is amazing!

These guys are amazing. I've been going to them for 30 years. They are helpful, personable, intelligent, knowledgeable and if they can't help you they will find a company who can. Family business. Can't beat them!!!! I moved to Toronto and drive up to them for all my window work.

I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Excellent work on our shower door by Johnson Glass & Mirror. They responded very quickly to my inquiry and arrived on a Saturday morning to analyze the problem and fix my misaligned door and glass panels. Expert and reasonably priced work done by a professional who really knew how to solve our problem. An exchange of digital pictures was a very simple way to see what they could do for me. I recently had a patio door, and entrance door installed by Clera Windows in Barrie. I was very happy with the doors that I received. The guys that came to install my doors did a great job, and made sure they took all the garbage, and my old doors with them to dispose of. I would definitely use Clera Windows again, and will be recommending the company to those I know who need windows or doors.
