I can't give enough praise for Alan and his guys. The work was done well, with everything double checked. The workers were professional and respectful throughout the job and Alan was knowledgeable and approachable. The price was competitive with no surprises on the bill. That earns you a 4/5 in my book.
However, they went the extra mile taking care of some tasks that were not part of the job. By nature, I'm skeptical and suspicious of motives. However, I would have no hesitation in giving a 5/5 to Star Bright and recommending these guys to a family member, or to anyone else.

So off course, when my daughter & husband needed window treatments I called Tong and was happy to see that his business still exists!
Tx window fashions has moved to Oakville but he still came out to Grimsby and was so patient with my daughter and husband. Once again, he was very helpful and just wants to see them happy with their blinds. Thank you so much Tong

From the first appointment to the end, it was great to deal with Jim. He was very professional and cares about his customers’ needs. What I liked best is during the consultation he explained windows benefits and process of the installation. The prices at Fairview were competitive compared to the other companies that quoted. SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

I recently hired you to install one door and 4 windows not a big job but in an older house there are always complications,
I found Owner Anna very knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with, she helped me through the choices i had to make like a
friend with my interests in mind, after the windows and doors were all picked a date was given that was nearly twice as fast
as the other three quotes i received.
Custom windows ready and a time was set for installation, my earliest convinces, that day the crew showed up to install, i have never seen such a disciplined, organized crew The 3 of them each with there own expertise proceeded to remove, discard, install and cap, every window and door in a matter of 3 1/2 hours, any problems encountered were easily worked through.
Job complete, mess cleaned up, and very important to me Caulking straight and clean looking.
All in all, a very professional and reasonably priced for what i had done,
I am tired of picking the wrong contractors to get the job done, now i don't have to!

Just had our garage doors replaced by The Door Dudes and we are very pleased with the results. Not only do the doors look great but the install was done in a timely manner by a very courteous installer and he made sure we were happy with everything before leaving the site. Our old wood doors were hauled away and everything was left perfectly clean.
