I would like to thank the person running this business on Oak Park Drive. My glass on my cell phone broke and he took me in right away and fix the for me within the hour cuz I told him I was from Niagara Falls. A week later I broke the glass again from dropping on concrete and once again this gentleman came through for me and took care of me. He is a true professional and I highly recommended. While we were waiting for Telus to open we spotted a young lady in The Tbooth Her name was Madhu Tiwari. After chatting with her for a couple of minutes we knew that's where we'd be buying our phones. We are booth 70 and struggle with some of the technology. Madhu patiently answered our questions and got our new phones up and running. She followed up with a text thanking us for our business and offered help with issues, which we have taken advantage of. Her exceptional service made the sale !

Exceptional service. The individual from Mobi-man came to my house after his normal operating hours just to be helpful. His repair was swift and quality. (My wife had managed to crack the screen on her LG G3.) Coming to see me at my house meant I could be a parent and simultaneously take care of this problem. The price was a bit steep, but I would happily pay it again for the convenience and not having to deal with shady shop owners and unprofessional, untimely responses.

As usual dealing with anything with our cell phones was an annoying and frustrating experience. however, we went into the store and dealt with Akhila and she was amazing! She spent a crazy amount of time with us, made sure we were completely satisfied and also took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us with everything that we could have asked for. While dealing with Rogers is not always pleasant dealing with her at the store was fantastic.

Bought phone for my wife & replaced my iPhone Lcd, I searched the best rate on kijiji & google. Found best price in town. Also phones were brand new sealed so it was completely satisfaction for us. Staff helped us to transfer the data for no extra charge & they put tempered glass for us. Defiantly I will go back & will tell my family & friends to buy from them with confidence.
They replaced my phone Lcd while I was waiting for my wife's phone data to be transferred to new phone.
