Love this pet store..great customer service .
My pup is a very picky eater so Brad was very helpful with ordering in the food my pup enjoys..no extra charge.
They also have a very knowledgeable staff who are true animal lovers and listen and guide you thru the concerns you have with a new puppy.
The store is well stocked and if not in store Brad always opens the catolouge to get you exactly what your looking for..

Global Pet Foods is an outstanding pet product store. The staff knows their products, are friendly and go out of their way to serve customers. If a product, carried by Global, is not available in the St. Catharines store, the staff promptly places the order request so that the customer can receive the product as soon as possible. Judy

Visited Global Pets on Kennedy Circle in Milton. 09/13/2017. Excellent, attentive and professional customer service. Today I brought my son's cocker spaniel Charlie into the.store. "Alisha" was amazing.and so helpful. We will be back for sure. Customer service like this is very rare!

They are all very caring with my dogs, I always get them groomed there and look forward to sending Henry and Sarah back for haircuts, treats, and food. By far my favorite pet shop within the area.

Consistently excellent customer service and good quality products. One employee carried my three bags of kitty litter to my car for me even though his shift had already ended. Very good COVID protocol.

Called to find an obscure brand of Merrick cat food that our Gizmo will only eat and they are only too happy to order it in for us. Friendly on the phone, willing to help...would totally recommend this Global to anyone who needs special care.
