I have lived at 211 Willett st. for 15 years, any problems or repairs with anything in the apartment is looked after within a 1-3 day period. If it's an emergency (water leak, electric problem)they will respond right away.
Super and owners are good people, helpful and friendly.
A VERY GOOD PLACE TO LIVE.

Love the building and the people who run it. The onsite supers were great. I lived in the building for 5 years and was very sad the day I moved out west for a Job. There were a few different supers over the time I was there but the current ones Kurt and Jennifer are great. They keep the building clean and well kept. They respond to any complaints in a timely manor. The other girls that work in the office (I never caught their names) were always pleasant and nice. Highly recommend the place.
