This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

Kadeem was very thorough and gave us an extremely detailed run down of the vehicle, as well as his honest opinion about it. He spoke with us on a personal level, offered advice, and was overall immeasurably helpful in helping us reaching a decision (we bought the car). Gary and his team are very passionate about their job. They worked hard on identifying a very tricky issue with my car where a component failed without being visible on the computer. They worked late and took the car for a ride until it started to behave as I described.
They have used parts in their shop from dismantled Volvo-s and this is very useful for replacement or nailing down a faulty component.

Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. I can say that he does not try to rip you off or scam you. He is honest and does amazing work! I would STRONGLY recommend him to everyone. Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!
