Reliable really cares about its customers. In fact, when I was getting married they offered to do my invitations for free as a wedding gift. Amazing people.

But today I had exceptional service!. Omid was extremely helpful and very patient helping me at the printing counter. The way in which I had organized my digital photos was problematic for ordering but he managed to calmly figure it all out for me. I am very grateful for his time and patience.

All of images are now digital. We used Staples to scan over 2100 photos. Excellent service. They did exactly what they promised and just under the 4 weeks they guaranteed. Professional, helpful and they transfer VHS too. Most of the photos were shredded with the exception of a few that I’m mailing to family members. Very reasonably priced. In my 16 years of business as a professional organizer I could not find anyone better or cheaper for the job. And now we’ve used them for our personal photos.

I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions.
