All the business I've brought to Fred's was out of pocket car upgrades so I did my research on quality of work and pricing and this place can't be beat. Rick there knows his paint and took his time helping me select the right shade of white recently for even just a small spoiler. Highly recommended.

Physio Can is the most professional physio clinic I've encountered in 30 years of knee issues. When I started at Physio Can I could only climb and descend stairs with my right leg, dragging my left. Mark treated me and gave me exercises, emphasizing that I MUST do them every second day. I followed his instructions and did them faithfully. I felt improvement within a few weeks and can now climb and descend stairs using both legs. Mark's amazing.
