I've been using Stan and his team to open and close our pool for many years. He's always prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I don't have to be home when they arrive to do the work but I always try to be there because there's always some little tidbit of knowledge he shares about pool maintenance. Plus, the whole team is just lovely to be around! It's good to support a small local business. Highly recommend.

I've always found the staff very knowledgeable and ready to help they keep you on the computer system to make things easier. I love using Bio Guard and have never ever had problems. My pool is exceptional as well as my hot tub. Being on the system makes it easier to assess my water quickly and give me my chemicals and recipe to balance the pool for my season. 20 ys of dealing here cant be wrong.

This is a family owned business...they care about you....good customer service.....we bought a house with a (18x36)inground pool (july2010) prime summer time....didn't know anything about pools ie: heaters, pump, filters and why my pool was losing water.... went to 3 pool stores in Oshawa and no one had the time to explain to me how to work the system and why i was losing water. So i started googling other stores in the area and decided to try the Pool Store....the owner Judy was excellent at explaining how to work our pump and filter syst. how much chem. to add and the overall maintenance of the pool, explaining the bucket test (for the water loss). We did have a small tear in the liner which was easily repaired. Last year we decided to buy a heater so went back to Judy at the Pool Store....she's honest and will tell you what is good or not so good......she's very knowledgable and she's training her sons very well....they are very polite young men.....I would recommend this store without hesitation........thank you for a job well done and your patience, I will continue to purchase all of my pool supplies there.....you make our summers very pleasant!
