Have surprise move that I have to do in 9 days and moving from a furnished to non furnished...in November.... during covid....with a disabled child.... was pretty stressed about getting a couch... especially since I needed to pick it up on a specific day. Staff was so very helpful....and I’m relieved to say I have one.... on a side note young woman who helped us was completely delightful... def made my very stressful day have a ray of sunshine.... I had the pleasure of dining there on Monday July 10th, exquisite, food was very tasty, service was impeccable, because I live in Manitoba, unfortunately I don't know when I will have the opportunity of dining there again, but for sure next time I'm in Kelowna, it will be on my A-list. Excellent experience all around. This order was done entirely over the phone (a shout out to Carla K at Richmond La Z Boy for her very professional and friendly help with the ordering and delivery). I had previously ordered a Lancer recliner over 20 years ago from this store, and it had lasted all this time, but was starting to show its age. I ordered a new Lancer, and am absolutely happy with the mew chair. While maybe pricier than bargain basement chairs, the quality and comfort can't be beat.

My family went to Showhome furniture this afternoon. What an amazing furniture shop! The kids were entertained with a fairy scavenger hunt so my husband & I had over 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to shop for dining room chairs. We were assisted by Emily. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, & has a no pressure approach that was very appreciated. We ended up buying 8 dining room chairs and a beautiful large rustic coffee table. Great family run local business!

They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales need to be more subjective.

Okay, we were completely and thoroughly amazed by the customer service, the friendly staff and the immpecable rooms and grounds. Not only was this place a wee bit more expensive than perhaps the other hotels in Salmon Arm, but hands down, it was worth every penny and I would stay ONLY here when I come now in the Summer. Seriously, whoever designed this place should get an award. The grounds and pools are the kind you find in a 5 star resort in the Mayan Riveriera...go here, you will not regret it. Absolutely perfect.

The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. Emil was friendly, efficient and reassuring, explained my options and made recommendations, and it was most appreciated. Emil is an excellent ambassador for the Brick Park Royal.

I had a microwave in for warranty service at Abbotsford location for over two months.I discussed the situation with Sarah at the Chilliwack location and she took total control of the issue and had my repaired oven back to me within weeks all the while keeping me informed of the progress.Very impressed with the service!When the oven was returned to me scratched,fellow staff negotiated a fair compensation package.Very happy with the service,I highly recommend this store

Everything went very smoothly. The only negative thing was that when our bedroom suite arrived at our home, it had some small scratches. We emailed your customer service person and had everything fixed up within a couple of days. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.

We went into The Brick in Prince George - just to look at and compare prices on a dryer.
Nirmal a knowledgeable and very personable salesperson asked if she could help. She had answers to all our questions and showed us several dryers. Just purchased the new couch for the home basement! It is amazing the leather is soft and the design is really cool! They will have it delivered the day we get our house so we have a place to sit and relax after everything is done. So far they seem pretty cool to deal with! Nice experience!

One of my friends recommended this place, it is just north of Kensington Road on 14th Street. I was really impressed by the Store. It is really cool and have excellent quality furniture with so competitive price, actually they are under-priced I felt. I have never seen such furniture before.
They have really neat water features & some led trees, which are a must see. Water features are just excellent.. never seen before.
I would say this place is must see...Beautiful !!! They have some amazing collection of home decor items.
People there did not follow me, and gave me my space.
It also has free parking.
