Bought a used car that needed some repairs. Whiterock Automotive was recommended by some of my co workers so, I called and booked in for service. John and his team were excellent. After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Always fair with mechanic rates and prices on parts. I only trust John and his team with the care of my car.

The owner is extremely diligent and knowledge in everything he does in his shop . The family has a nice friendly approach to the costumers and treats them like their own . Never ever was I being overcharged or asked to pay for something that didn’t need to be done. Highly recommend place . Andrew R

Excellent and honest service. I was rolling the dice taking my car to a service outfit I never used before, but I had two separate problems (both my heating system and AC system) fixed by them with no expensive surprises. Josh was very good to deal with. Only quibble is the courtesy cars leave something to be desired.

I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I am very thankful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing craftsmanship, everything is to the next level. Chris wasn't happy letting me take my car home until it was perfect in his eyes. I took my 69 Mustang in to them for body work and paint and the team at Reaction Motorsports treated it like it was one of their prized show ponies. i got 2007 bmw 335 coupe.i had oil change with these guys last week. price was good. compared to my previous shop it was 30$ cheaper and they were using liquimoly 5w40 full synthetic which is great for my car. and after that they did free visual inspection. they told me how much brake pads are remaining and did other fluids top up like bmw dealer. good to know these mechanics are here. will return to here for sure.

After filling up with gas, my car would not start at the pumps at the Husky station adjacent to the Fort Horseless Carriage garage, around 6 in the evening. I was attempting to get on a ferry back to Victoria, but that plan had to be abandoned, along with my car at the garage.
