The family favorite! We go to the Ajax location mostly. Fantastic food. We never order the all-you-can-eat as the lunch 2 roll special is so big, you can hardly get through it, plus it's so reasonable at $6.95. We eat there once a week and order in often. We avoid ordering in any hot food as it always arrives stone cold. You just can't re-warm dumplings. Even the raw fish haters in the family find something delicious on the menu. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service is fast and friendly. The only down side is, my husband always talks in a Japanese accent when we go....and does the same at any ethnic restaurant that we visit. He can't seem to help himself....it's very embarrassing.

This place is by far the BEST Restaurant I've ever eaten in!!! and here's why;
1- Unless your extremely hungry, the home cooked portions are so big, you can barely finish, so in most cases there's left overs for the next day.
2- No one in the city comes close to giving you that much food for that price, because no one has this kind of turnover!
3- Everything , even the bacon bits are real, nothing is from a can, the soups are home receipies, and the place is so busy that the food can be any fresher!
4- The servers might be a little on the old side, but you still get your meal faster than any other restaurant I ve ever been to!
5- The seats are real leather, ive seen them watering the plants, and you can custom tailor every part of your meal to suit even the pickiest of eaters.
NOTE they've been in business for over 40 YEARS !
If your curious why, you should check it out! you wont be disapointed!

My wife and me went here for Vaklentine's and despite it was a special day and we had special reservation and a treat for her I thought the high price was not justified. The food was good (she had ribs and me I got steak so yes we ordered big ticket items) but Montana is a treat of once a year maximum.

There aren't many places in the area where one can get fish & chips, unless they drive to Barrie and go to Fancies Fish & Chips. Blue Water Fish & Chips is a small restaurant with a tired decor. Mind you there are historical photos of boats that have travelled Georgian Bay & the Great Lakes and are interesting to look at..
We love the halibut served here. While the portion size is small it is extremely tasty, with mild tasting halibut and a golden batter. After the second or third bite you can taste & feel the grease but isn't that to be expected with deep fried fish? I've never eaten fish & chips that I haven't tasted the grease.
We hate it when the restaurant is closed for vacation. We love eating here and they even have lots of newspapers and reading material for those of us that prefer to read while we're eating.
All we've ever ordered has been the fish & small chips or else we'll order 2 fish and a small chip each and we never go away hungry.

Went for lunch at Sushi Ginza due to the great ratings on here. I am glad I went. The place was not busy at all and my friend and I got a table quickly. I had the sashimi salad lunch special and my friend had the Sushi Roll lunch special. Each special came with tempera chips, 2 pieces of calamari, 2 pieces of salmon type roll, a potato croquette, and fruits. I also ordered the torpedo roll (smoke salmon, tempera shrimp, tataki tuna) which is really delicious name maybe right. The sashimi salad was really yummy. Big portion all around. They don't cheap out on anything. The total was around $34. A pretty good deal for all the food we had. Love this oriental food

Great value good service and good portions.
I often get the pasta package for one, minus the little dessert (way to full for it!!). Its only $15.99 & gets you an entire meal w/ drink too. we always have left overs cuz like most we end up filling up on salad, soup and that yummy warm endless garlic bread! We usually get a side of parm to butter n dip the bread in yum! I often order the pasta with half spicy arabata sauce and half bolognese and add veggies to the dish. Been to multiple locations and they are consistent.

Wow ! What a great place to eat and have a good time. The food was delicious and and restaurant is beautiful now ! I was here for a party last week we had so much fun. They had music, people danced , great singer !! Our waiter made us laugh and is really good looking too . Last time i was here was 8 years ago and place looked kind of old fashioned and not well kept. Now they made changes in every way and I have to admit this restaurant is better than most in every way. You gotta go to Villa Risi !!!

This Mandarin is still pretty new and clean inside so that is definately a big plus if cleaniness is important to you. The food selection is pretty good and some dishes are actually pretty good. The roast beef is good as well as their crab legs and fired shrimp. Kids really like going here. If you like buffets, give this location a try.
