This is a wonderful auto repair shop! The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went our of their way to accommodate me in their schedule and they took care of my problem quickly. Really great people over at Doc's... I wish I lived in town so I could make them my regular mechanic!

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. I loved taking my car in to Danny's garage, everyone working there was so friendly. I only lived a few blocks away but I still thought it was very nice that they offered to drop me off at my house a few times. AND when my muffler pipe was falling off but still attached he recommended me to take it to a muffler place instead because they would have had tools to repair(bend it back into place and weld it on) it instead of just replace it like he would have had to do.
