The worst pharmacy phone service I have ever encountered. I have been “caller #1” for 2 hours now. I started at caller #3 three hours ago. This is normal. I can often get immediate service by hanging up and dialing back. The queue’s a joke. Either they reach a point (1/2 hour?) where they’re frightened to pick up after leaving a customer on hold for so long or they just don’t bother picking up if they are not in the mood. They have been promising to fix this since pre-COVID. It’s Dec 2025.
