BAD BAD BAD

Having lived in Fort McMurray for many years, I have been to many salons. But I have NEVER in my life had such a bad hair cut. The stylist (I wont name) not only styled it in a way I didnt want, but when I got home, I found there wisps of hair of about 3" underneath that she missed!!! The layers...... well what can I say? She hacked my hair. I complained but was told it was not her fault if I didnt LIKE the cut. I tried to tell them, it BAD cut and I seriously could have done better. Waste of money, Waste of time. and most of all I feel embarrassed to go out. Thats how bad it is. BAD cut. BAD customer service. BAD aftercare.

Great pedicure

The esthetician was very friendly and polite and completed an excellent pedicure. We engaged in great conversation and they offered coffee and biscotti. Front staff was also very nice. I gave 4 and not 5 stars due to cost at $84 for paraffin deluxe pedicure, it is the most expensive pedi I have had in Fort Mcmurray.
