The Brick

We received a defective couch that rips when you touch it. the Brick isn't willing to do anything about it. we have paid to have the cushions sewen back together and they fabric just rips again as there is a flaw in the fabric itself. we have spent thousands at the Brick and they will not even offer a discount to purchase a new couch to preplace it. this couch is only 3 years old and is at our lake house so sat on only in the summer.this is an animal free home, no little kids, mostly adults

After ordering a bedroom set and washer and dryer to be delivered I can say we will never go back to this store. The delivery men kicked open a screwed shut gate, and our dryer has yet to be delivered 7 weeks later. We have called trying to come up with a solution or some answers only to be met with rudeness by employees and promises of a call back from the manager that still has not happened. Customer service is nonexistent at this store
