Brett was exceptionally helpful when we experienced a blown tire in a rental car. He dealt directly with the rental car people, organised a tire to be overnighted for us (special size and brand) and got us on our way by lunchtime. I cannot thank him enough. He is a top example of what customer service should be like

The professional handling of my situation

Fast and friendly customer service team that far surpasses other competitors in town from my own personal experiences. Marc in particular has gone above and beyond what most tire shops would ever put forth towards their customers. I will continue to bring my business back for many of my automotive needs and all tire purchases in the future.

Yes to all questions - have never done business with Kal Tire before but will certainly start now and recommend them. A shout out to Rob - that even though I live in Mission, BC he did an outstanding job of helping me with my problem. Really impressed also that when I go in to KT a rep will come around the counter to greet me as I'm walking in. Kal Tire - you're doing it right!!
