I called Classic Carpet Care to ask if they clean sisal area rugs. Mick was honest in saying that sisal was hard to clean as the machines could damage the fibres. He offered to power wash my rug and WOW! I have a new rug! I appreciate Classic Carpet Care's integrity and good work. Thank you Mick.
