Good Restaurant - Poor Policies
We used to love going to Earl's. We were frequent visitors and considered them a great mainstream restaurant with a number of great locations. I absolutely loved their Kung Pao Chicken (the more peppers the better) and they had pretty good appys as well. Then we had a child right around the time that the Earl's locations downtown decided they were no longer going to carry high chairs for their diminutive guests. Not a smart idea. We haven't been back since. In fact, they may even encourage kids to visit now but we will never know because we no longer care since we have happily taken our business to other restaurants who have always welcomed all members of our family.
