Fantastic service, great explanations. We let Orville do his thing while I pocked around the new house we bought, and as soon as he saw anything urgent, he called us over to show us that way we wouldn't have to rely solely on the report. The report was extremely thorough and even came with recommendations and explanations on how to repair some of the major items.
