Such a great Tim Hortons and staff! Some days may not always be as fast as others, but the staff that works here never stops trying to make the customers happy! If you actually walk in and order, you can see how they are constantly pushing and working hard. If they make an order incorrectly, they do everything they can to make it right and make sure you are happy when you leave. Thank you Harrow Tim Hortons for always starting my day off with a smile! Worst Tim Hortons ever. Doesn’t matter if I go inside or wait in the drive thru the service is slow. The managers are miserable, if you ever bring something that was made wrong up or anything they treat you horribly. The customer service is horrible and everyone is constantly miserable and rude
Best Tim Horton's around. The owners are the best and they really take care of their employees. The owners actually work the floor and that is very rare. People seem so happy to work there. I worked for a Tim Horton's before and Guy Pritchard was the worst owner ever.
