Leon's Furniture

I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen. Leon's is lucky to have her on staff.

Please don’t waste your money on Leon’s Kitchener location. No customer service after you pay. I called the store the same day that I received it and was told this was set as urgent request and the technician will contact me soon to set up an appointment . No body follow up with me but just sending me a link asking myself to set up appointment but the earliest date is more than 2 weeks. I was angry with that and called the store again. Everyone on the phone pushed the ball. Garbage service!

Excellent customer service from Valerie at the fairway Kitchener location she assisted me with all of my appliances purchases and provided me with an amazing customer service I highly recommend anyone buying anything to contact Valerie she goes above beyond and works with your budget

This place is a joke . Ordered a couch they had a sale on in July now it’s December and still no couch. Called and I never talked to such ignorant people in customer service and they still can’t give me an answer when I will receive it .yes they blame it on Covid but why did they put a sale on in the middle of it if they new they didn’t have the stock . I know just to get the money but didn’t the rip the government off for that .

Best place to buy furniture

If you are shopping for new home furniture in Kitchener then this is the right place. We recently purchased 3 chairs from this store and couldn't be happier. Our sales person was really nice and she worked with us to find the chairs we were looking for. She was not pushy but there to help with any questions we had. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in the future.

I just can’t understand why there are any negative reviews for Leon’s. I recently purchased a new chair for my living room from Leon’s Kitchener store. It’s my 3rd purchase from them in the last 2 years. I am fully satisfied with the product quality, prices and delivery. Leon's has earned my loyalty and I will definitely shop at this store again.

Was treated like a criminal for buying a 500 dollar bed with cash, scrimped and saved what money i could for 6 mnths to have the MANAGER run every 20 and 10 and 5 thru a counterfeit tester. Never have i been more embaressed in my life. Was totally unecessary. Il never return id rather sleep in hay. There nice as can be and once they have a penny from u then comes the circle talk. "Oh thats not what i said" and this one i love " this gentlemen is just not understanding the situation" lmao cuz i must be a moron right.... Well i did shop at leons so touché
