I live in an apt building and the owners/property managers hired Dan to install a fan in my bathroom. He had to drill through th outside wall (cinder block filled in with cement), cut through the ceiling, and change the light switch after snaking the wires through the ceiling and wall. He and his co-worker made it seem easy (I know it wasn't), they never lost their patience, worked dilignetly, and oh my gosh even cleaned up beforethey left! Recommend 1000%
