bad service, i stood at the front office for 20 mins and no one came. and they were aware by the bell someone was there. very odd and award

I brought my returns for the last 3 years. A T4 for each year, and a supplemental for CPP. Easy as it gets Never thought to ask how much. 101.00 each return, and i owe RevCan 800.00 Silly me! That's my one and only experience with H&R Block.

Batul was Professional, knowledgeable, kind, I had a great experience! Will go back again!
