This was both my first and last visit to this garage. I found the business through Google and went in for a routine oil change. I specifically asked about the owner, Sam, and was informed that he is retired. Only a few hours after leaving, my engine completely seized due to a critical mistake by the mechanic, who failed to properly secure the oil filter. Nabi (who runs the shop) is kind, helpful and friendly. They are trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, never try to take advantage of people. As a result, they are busy .. but do their best to fit clients in. A tow truck driver suggested this shop and he was right. Five-year customer.

I have been going to Sam's Auto Tech for years. I was referred to him by Shaheen Auto. This was the best referral ever. For women drivers, this is the place to go. Sam and Nabi are very honest, so kind and treat you like you're special. Whenever I call, Nabi knows who it is just be my voice. In other words, you are not just another number. You are like family.
