Went in today with an issue with my computer.It was fixed quickly and the employee was extremely friendly. They have a new customer for life!

I have dealt with the staff for many years, made several purchases, have sent others there too as the staff is excellent, the products are reasonably priced and service is impressive. Knowing how frustrating it is to be without you computer is upsetting but seeing the skilled staff working on an uncooperative computer to provide you with service when others just give up is how I BECAME A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I am very impressed with your level of customer service. Left my laptop with them and they gave me an approximate time and price depending on what was wrong with it. They put every precation to not wipe my data on the computer, which is great because i didn't get a chance to back it up. Called to check up and gave me details on the process and what needed to be done and called to let me knos when it was ready. I am very impressed and will definitely be a return customer!

I left my laptop for repairs with this company on Monday. I was told it would be ready on Wednesday or Thursday morning. It was not ready in fact until Saturday at 4 p.m. This, after I made several trips and a phone call. Poor customer service/business practice.
