I first wish to state that if some people are annoyed by someone using profanity at the table next to them, or if the restaurant happens to be crowded at the time they are there & the waiter (understandably) seems a bit stressed, GIVE THE PLACE A CHANCE & GO BACK ANOTHER TIME!! HAVE SOME PATIENCE - PLEASE!! This restaurant is simply the best in Whitby & the meals are simply wonderful. We are never rushed to order & can truly relax here. The waiters treat us with nothing but respect. For anyone having a bad time here, maybe you went on a busy weekend? Try the middle of the week - it's certainly worth it!!

Bella Notte is wonderful! If you like mussels this is the place to go. The chef makes a wonderful Risotto & Mushroom dish. The waiters are very pleasant. I recommend it to all my friends. And very reasonable priced.

We stopped in for a late lunch (3pm) and were very happy with the entire meal. The Panini was outstanding and even though there was a small mistake made by the waiter in placing our order, it was immediately corrected. This was our first lunch dining experience with them and it will not be our last. :)

The absolute best Italian food I have ever eaten...

The absolute best Italian food I have ever eaten. The meal was prepared with elegance and was delicious, it didn't taste artificial lke most restaurants. A true touch of class. The service was perfect, they let you relax and take your time prior to ordering, during the meal and provided a warm family like atmosphere after the meal. Can't wait to go again!
