I only gave this one star because I was unable to give a zero star! Worst Tim Hortons ever !!! Everything we ordered, they were out of. Took 2 employees and 3 minutes to find the butter button on the screen for my bagel. They forgot all of our drinks and had to re ask us after paying what they were for the second time. Disgusting. I've worked at Tim Hortons and this is beyond ridiculous! They should really hire better staff and give better training. Unreal.
It's a Tim Hortons so you expect a line up/wait at busy times. But a 15+ minute wait to serve 4-5 cars at 5:30 AM?? Are you kidding me? And they still got who ordered what messed up and tried to overcharge me.... It's a *coffee and donut* there's no excuse for service this slow.
I agree with the last comment. Worst Tim Hortons ever. Ridiculous to have to wait in line for 30 plus minutes for two bagels and two coffees. I ordered 2 toasted everything bagels. One with herb and garlic cream cheese and one with butter. She repeated back to me " so that's two toasted bagels with herb and garlic?" I replied "No. One with butter and one with cream cheese." Omg. I got out to my vehicle and we were driving when my husband days to me " my butter bagel isn't even toasted".
Worst Tim Hortons ever. Used to work at a Tim Hortons, and these people have no idea what they're doing. They were walking around, joking with each other as 30+ people stool in line waiting. Took 35 minutes for 2 bagels and 2 coffees. Girl had to make bagels twice. Girl on counter was new and they only had 2 people on counter so no one could help.
