Purolator

Terrible. Sent a parcel from Clarenville to Conception Bay South on Tuesday. Two hours away. They said there was a problem with the address. I gave the correct address to their agent in Clarenville and they copied it incorrectly. Arrived in Conception Bay the following Monday. $42 for overnight service for a real estate closing and it took a week. Customer service basically said too bad, not their problem, no refund. They deliver to that lawyer's office every day. I'll never use them again.

Got an email saying my parcel is on the truck out for deliveryin St John's NL. A couple hrs later another email saying delivery is delayed because of the ferry! I live in Holyrood no ferry between here and St John's straight highway! Can't contact anyone about it, worst service ever!

my air transit package was hindered by weather on a sunny day Dec 21 2020 ( so i was told)

Im nervous about my package being delivered by these people, I dont want it left at my door like it was last time. The chat online system is a joke, its obviously a robot youre talking to instead of a real person.also, what is the point in having a tracking # when it just stays in the same spot?

Awful hours for working people. Only make one pass to try delivery and then you have to visit their facility. It isn’t open on any storm days and no way to call and check. Poor customer service all the way. I would avoid them whenever possible. Packages don’t arrive on time except in rarest of occasions.

I paid $60 extra to have next day delivery, I live a five minute drive from the sorting facility in St Johns, I have been informed I will not be able to get my package until tomorrow (Tuesday) This is unsatisfactory in every possible sense. I paid for a service that was denied me and I have no recourse to fix it. I will do everything I can to not use purolator in the future.

Absolutely terrible at their job and customer service, delivery’s are never not late due to some uncheckabledavidwoolley1@hotmail.com reason. Terrible company, terrible delivery times and overall would recommend going elsewhere with your business

Unreliable in st Johns, Clarenville Newfoundland never on time even in good weather.

Took a day off work to be home all day,because delivery day for my parcel was today. Been pacing floors and looking through windows since 8 am waiting and waiting and still waiting at 450 pm. They say they were here and nobody here. The biggest lie in life because i am home waiting all day. I am furious as i dont have a truck to get my parcel and is not paying for delivery since they told me delivery was free and said they would be here today. Not fair at all. Not good service in my opinion.
