Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. Folks, we had the opportunity to have one of your technicians, Jeff, call at our apartment at 65 Lillian, in Toronto. Not only was he punctual, and very neat, he explained what he was doing and why. Great service and reliable. They came right away to fix the Air Conditioning in our home. Pricing was reasonable and they did not over charge. Our AC is working great with no problems. Over all, I am very happy with their service.

Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.
