We live in Hope. We phoned many appliance repair shops they could not be bothered. When i phoned Priority he said his technician was injured,but would phone me in couple couple of days.He did so to my surprise.The tehnician that came out was very professional and courteous diagnosed the problem,needed a motherboard had to come back as the board had to be ordered. The fridge was repaired at a reasonable cost (thought i had to get a new fridge). Would recommend this company to anybody. First rate.Lire plus

We are very thankful to Josh who promptly called us back when we left a message with Chilliwack appliance to repair our dishwasher. He was honest about the cost to come out to Hope for a repair job. We took a picture of the problem and sent it to him - while on the phone, he walked us through a possible solution and the leak stopped. I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. I highly recommend this company.
And my 13 year old dryer still works perfectly!

We bought a range from Premium, turned out to be defectives,
Premium Appliance worked with the manufacture for over 2 month to try and replace the range. We decided we did not want a replacement but a new brand name. Premium Appliance order a new range from another mfg. but unfortunately due to covid we wait 13 weeks and still no sign of our new range.
