Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

Fast, friendly and best of all super competent. They gave us a quote, came in re-keyed the office and cut us 7 new keys. Every person I spoke to was friendly and professional. The tech was on site for less than 1/2 hour and every thing works perfect. Thanks so much.

They always fit me in, fast,friendly service. I feel I get good value for my dollar and they are local! They do most of the maintenance on my 2004 Subaru.....PS it's still going strong at just about 400k. I think that says it all!!

But I got approved for a better vehicle and a better rate than what Galaxy had offered! I left that same day in a new truck. The staff was friendly, but not pushy. Everything was handled with professionalism. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Peter Baljet. I would recommend them to anyone, including those with less than favourable credit.
