Not my typical kind of bar. Here for a work party. Was ready to finish up my last (full) beer when the bottom of the cup completely fell off as I went to take my first sip.
The Manager was extremely gracious and refunded my entire entre (27 dollars), and 3 beers. Obviously I’m happy about the freeness, being soaked sucked, but service like that is how you keep returning customers. Great attitude towards the whole thing. Very kind staff.

Had a fabulous dinner, new partner n' I ordered the tuna tartar, caesar salad, and scallops for starts, had the lamb and sea bass for mains, and apple tart for dessert. Divine really, all of it very expensive though. But my boyfriend was treating me for my birthday and I was very happy and incidentally for a new relationship deeply touched. Service was lovely, had a bit of an accident and spilled my half glass of red on the boyfriend, oops, manager noticed the mishap and brought us a tide to go stick. Our server was great and quite on top of things. Place was packed on a Tuesday:) Will be back, fabulous. If not a little pricey recommend for anyone.

Hannah G was an amazing server, great personality, super easy to talk to, and she was really quick with bringing the food out. Food was great, drinks were great, me and my step sister are definitely coming back again.

Had a really nice time at our local Cactus Club, we were lucky enough to have a great waiter Andrew S. His demeanour and attentiveness were just right and made our meal all the more enjoyable.

I recently visited this (new?) location with my friends and much to my joy the service was cool and attractive and the server was attentive... In other words, very good!! The food was good to above average and well cooked! tasty Chicken, and I special ordered melting cheese. Being a fan of inventive food, I will probably return to this location just for that but would definitely take a drive here also to satisfy my appetite for eye candy. I really liked it although the cheese was kinda salty and after a while. I would definitly go again, the waitresses were really cute but kinda old.

It was my first time being at Cactus Club West on Broadway & Granville. My experience there was phenomenal! Not only was the food delicious, our server Emma F definitely made the night for us and she will be someone we won’t forget! It was a super busy night and she made everyone feel exceptionally welcomed and comforted. Every restaurant needs more servers like herself!
We will be coming back for sure!!

My friend took me here for dinner on Thursday. We weren't too hungry so we had some appetizers instead... I had the tuna (excellent with the zesty sauce) and my friend had the poke. The girls who work at this place are quite visually appealing and I was amused that my friend was able to keep his eyes on me. It can be a little distracting when you're trying to eat ;-) The place was packed, which I guess is a testament to it's quality and presentation.

I had the Hunter Chicken which was so tender I didn`t need a knife to eat it. My wife had the halibut tacos which she enjoyed tremendously.
The service was exceptional.
We also LOVED the fact that they were kid friendly in providing my little girl with an ``etch a scetch`to play with.
We`ll be back!!!
