These guys are brilliant. This little bronze clock had been broken for years. I took it to several places and no one could help me. It's not that fancy, but I got it at the Frank Lloyd Wright Fallingwaters gift shop, and it's very dear and sentimental to me and I love it's mid century modern design. Left it with this store for 3 days, and it's back and working just fine. Thank you so much !

I often make my way into Brilliant Gold, most times to purchase something when birthdays or Christmas nears, sometimes just to say hi. The staff that I have come to know over many years at Brilliant Gold have always been welcoming, friendly and provided me with great service. I had major damage on my michael kors watch, michael kors wanted me to send it away (i would have had to pay shipping) for minimum 6 weeks, and wanted to charge me $200+ to fix it. I brought it to 360 Watch and they happend to fix it in one day for a lot less. Just wanted to show my appreciation and write a review. I REALLY APPRECIATED IT!! Amazing service!
