Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. We are forever grateful and will recommend you. Robin Family

My furnace was off for a night called in the morning and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and they where able to come help me that morning . The guy explained everything to me and let me know what was going on before he did anything and gave me a few options either to repair or replace .. highly recommend everything is working great . My furnace went out in the coldest part of winter. These guys went above and beyond to get it repaired as quickly as possible, handling the warranty, and worked with me directly on the charges to make it as fair and pleasant experience as possible. The owner even came and did a site visit to discuss the project with me, which was unexpected and welcomed. Id give them 6 Stars if I could.
