I am a 67 year old female that has a huge fear of anything dental. I had a appointment for a cleaning etc yesterday, the first one in 15 years . I can not stress enough how great the Hygienist was, she was so gentle, understanding,and kind, she even had a warm throw to cover me up with to make me more at ease. A huge THANK YOU to Erin ( the hygienist ) and to the girl at reception for making my visit as stress free as possible.If you are a dental coward like myself this is the place to go. Lire plus

Wow! I have had botox at various clinics, from Kamloops to Kelowna, in the last ten years. This clinic is miles above the rest. The staff is professional and friendly and the actual botox procedure was painfree, bruise free and very very well done. Unlike every other clinic, Dr Venter used a new needle for each individual insertion. No icing was needed and I am very excited about the professional quality of the results. I received a gift card for a package including pedicure, massage, facial and I also had my hair done. Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly, all the services I receive were excellant. My name is Carol Miller. I began going to NOSL approx. 3 years ago. It's the best present I could have given myself. You are greeted so warmly as soon as you enter the establishment. Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable. I am a perfectionist, and they take the same pride in doing their job as much as I do wanting the fabulous results.
