I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. I took our mower to Active Tool Repair based on a suggestion from my neighbour. The guys were great - fixed the problem fast, the quality of the work was top notch, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Visited AL'S for my lawnmower for repair , tune-up / blade sharpening ,
the staff , the service was excellent. Even got a call to say my mower deck belt was close to breaking , they took the time to text me a picture of the the crack in the belt , I told them to replace it for sure . A day later I was picking up my tractor. Great work guys

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

I had an excellent experience. Nick was very courteous and friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong with my mower and patiently delivered a crash course in fuel management and conditioning.
Two days later, Nick telephoned to say that the machine was ready, but that it still ran a little rough when it was cold. The very modest bill I paid was a big surprise, in view of all the trouble they went to for me. By the way, my mower no longer runs rough, even when it’s cold.
